Victoria Jane Nuland is the former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the United States Department of State and current nominee to be Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs She held the rank of Career Ambassador, the highest diplomatic rank in the United States Foreign Service. Nuland played a key role in facilitating a coup in Ukraine that created a civil war in that country.
If Joe Biden’s Department of State picks are any indication of how America’s foreign policy is going to look, the world should be ready for a change of Governments, those wanted or not.
